Shipping partners

We exclusively use FedEx to deliver goods. 

Customs information

We cover the customs when shipping to the US & UK. No additional payment is required.

Shipping times

United States: Delivery takes 7 to 16 days on average.
Europe: Delivery takes about 6 to 15 days on average.

Return conditions

Returns and exchanges are accepted 30 days after receiving the item. The delivery cost for the return is covered by the customer.

Quality guarantee

If you received goods with a defect, we will cover the expenses to get you a replacement part or a new item.
